Course Description

Concept development and design solutions to problems in consumer advertising, sales promotion and public relations material. Interpreting art form and copy through creative graphic solutions. Prerequisites:  ART 100 or permission of instructor.

Course Objectives

This course is designed to give you a basic understanding of design principles and the stages of graphic design, with an emphasis on final product and presentation. We will explore a ­variety of solutions to simple and complex problems fitting within the parameters of the assignment.
