Financial Donations via Workshops:

Helping students achieve their goals of graduating and continuing at a university or entering the equine industry is paramount to the Scottsdale Community College Equine Science program. Faculty are hosting workshops each semester to raise money for student scholarships. These educational events are listed on this website and have been a big draw. Most workshops have no registration fee but a donation to the scholarship fund is asked for at the door. Events which require greater supply needs; will have a nominal registration fee with proceeds also going towards the scholarship fund.

Financial Donations:

Scholarship and program funding for students attending SCC Equine Science is made possible by the generous support of patrons in the wider equine community.  Local breed associations or horse clubs have been very supportive and have made substantial donations which will be provided to students for the 2013-2014 school year.  Below is a listing of these larger organizations:
